Courses are supplemented with workshops on topics that require additional hands-on practice and feedback. The Leadership Lounge offers Inspirational and Practical Seminars and Workshops on Writing, Creativity, Public Speaking, Financial Literacy, Application Essays, Interview Preparation, Career Path Planning, Entrepreneurship, and more.

Leadership Lounge memberships allow members to access all special events, workshops, courses, and a Group Life Coaching session each week. Private sessions can be purchased on the Coaching page. Participants are assigned to groups based on age, location, schedule, and goals. Groups are designed to be small enough to cultivate real connections among coaches and participants. Coaching topics include, but are not limited to: mindset coaching, profesional development--including leadership coaching, academic coaching, career coaching, interview preparation, entrepreneurial preparation, career path planning, and personal development topics like intuitive development, emotional development, intellectual development, and the development of healthy lifestyle habits.

A community for members to support each other and collaborate on their impact businesses or volunteer projects, participate in contests, and even enter competitions to win microgrants, discounts, or free private coaching.
