HoistPoint offers a comprehensive solution through our Leaders to Legends Leadership Program, and inspirational, life coaching. Our leadership program is designed to fill the gaps left by traditional education, helping young people discover their purpose, or "personal legend," and empowering them to improve themselves and the world around them. 

The Leaders to Legends program goes beyond the standard curriculum by covering vital topics that schools often overlook—like emotional intelligence, resilience, and real-world problem-solving—all presented in age-appropriate, engaging ways. Whether through group or individual settings, HoistPoint’s leadership program equips young leaders with the skills and mindset they need to thrive in an increasingly complex world.

To further personalize this journey, HoistPoint also offers Certified Life Coaching. This coaching complements the leadership program by providing tailored support to help individuals navigate their unique challenges, set meaningful goals, and achieve success. Cultivating leadership in youth is essential because traditional education often overlooks this critical skill. Yet, in today's society, we don’t just need critical thinkers—we need "conscious leaders" who are well-rounded in their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual development.

Individuals seven years old and older are eligible for coaching. Though HoistPoint's courses and coaching were designed with youth in mind, even adults can benefit. Those affected with severe, mental health issues should first seek the care of a licensed, mental health professional. HoistPoint's Certified Life Coaching is not a replacement for legal or medical advice.

Yes, group packages and group coaching are both available. Group packages are offered in one month, 3 month, and six month increments.  Group coaching is grouped by age and time zone. To provide a clear path for transformation, HoistPoint offers access to the Leaders to Legends leadership program with each community membership. Because of this, it is recommended to continue membership for at least four months to allow completion of the course in addition to allowing time to develop with transformational coaching. Group Coaching membership can be accessed under the Community page. Sign up before December 1st, and receive a complimentary individual, life coaching session with a HoistPoint Certified Life Coach.

HoistPoint's Life Coaching is unique in that it is focused on the present with the intention of creating a future one can believe in and is excited to live. HoistPoint is deliberately non-accredited, as it operates independently of the conventional education system. Our courses and coaching are designed to complement or serve as alternatives to traditional education, without being constrained by externally-imposed standards that may inhibit innovation and the spirit of the Education Renaissance. While not bound by accreditation, HoistPoint upholds rigorous standards of educational excellence, fostering the development of diverse intelligences and holistic growth. This approach allows for greater flexibility, creativity, and a focus on cultivating the leaders and thinkers of tomorrow.
